How long does your contract last?
SkySphere offers a 30 day FREE trial, after which our clients typically sign up
for 1, 3 or 5 year contracts.
Where is my data?
Your data is backed up daily on the SkySphere highly fault tolerant storage
area network which resides in our state of the art data center. We can even
replicate and redirect data to other data centers across the country.
How do I access my applications?
Because you're no longer tied to your PC at your office, you simply link to
your applications from your existing PC, phone, kiosk or any other device you
happen to have from any location, over any connection.....even dial up!
How secure is SkySphere?
SkySphere employs highly qualified and credentialed technologists so you don't
have to. We've instituted some of the highest levels of security that are
available on the market today while still giving you a seamless connection
that's no more complicated than opening your browser.

Who owns my software?
Unlike other ASP companies, we purchase authentic licenses from Microsoft and
all other software providers. You will be running legal copies of your
software. If you have a custom application just provide us the software
and license key. It's that simple!
What if I want to cancel my SkySphere service?
SkySphere provides unparalleled service and customer support, but in the rare
event a client wishes to revert back to their old network, we simply require 30
day written notice.
